Lina has long experience of managing and developing client service. She has worked both on the supplier side and as client in the role of client service manager. She has headed projects with a focus on creating and driving the development of SIMPLE CLIENT MEETINGS at a high level of quality.

Lina has experience in system development and requirement specification for client management systems, contact centre solutions, self-service solutions and case management systems.

She has also worked in process development for both private and public sector organisations and has wide experience of managing change processes and implementation for contact centre solutions and case management systems.

Lina’s driving force is her belief that everything can be done better!
