CONSULTANTS FOR EASY CUSTOMER INTERACTION

Telemanagement is looking for people wanting to work as a consultant in client service/public relations/contact centre and to develop “easy customer interaction” for our clients.

Because demand for our services is in an expansive phase and we are expanding our operations in CEM – customer experience management – we need to recruit more personnel to our organisation.

We conduct consulting projects in the area and serve as impartial experts and resources, mainly on projects and in change processes. Our clients are major private and public sector/municipal organisations.

We are now looking for people with solid experience in the field. You will probably have worked as a manager and/or developer in the area for at least 5-10 years. You will be tenacious and highly self-motivated. You see opportunities where other see challenges and you quickly take the right decisions and get backup for them. It is an advantage if you have experience of different functions in the field, such as specification of requirements for technical solutions, process development and workforce management.

Consulting experience is also an advantage. In addition to knowledge of the field, you should be highly self-motivated, have project manager capabilities and experience of analysis and documentation.
